We need your name, date of birth, phone number, and email address to add you to our systems. If you are using insurance, please be ready to send a picture of the front and back to the email listed above.
Please have that ready at time of contact.

Yes, Twisted Minds Counseling Center houses counselors who all accept insurance.

We accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna & Evernorth, Optum, UnitedHealthCare, Lucet, and Florida Blue. Additionally, we take Medicare (Lauren Bullard) and EAP (Lauren Bullard & Dara Maddox). Please contact us to see if your insurance in accepted at our business.

Yes! Our clinicians offer their own individual rates for self-pay clients. You may contact the individual counselor to learn more about self pay.

Yes! Twisted Minds Counseling Center accepts clients of all ages, including children.

Yes! All are welcome to our groups. Some groups may accept walk-ins or only RSVP. The “events” page will have more information on upcoming groups and the points of contact.

Yes. All our counselors offer virtual sessions, so distance does not hinder your care. If you feel like you would connect with a counselor but aren’t in the area, don’t hesitate to reach out for a virtual session.

After getting your first session scheduled, you will quickly be sent an email to register for an account on Therapy Appointment. Please create an account, fill out all forms required, and add a payment method before your first session.

We are located at 1551 Garden St, Titusville, FL, 32796. If you have issues finding parking, feel free to come inside and ask your counselor where the best place to park will be. We will happily direct you to a spot.

You will enter through the glass door under the overhang. This will lead you to our Lobby. Feel free to take a seat anywhere and browse the magazines as you wait. When it is time for your session, your counselor will call you back and you will go to their office for your first session.
