Sometimes it's not easy to sit with our emotions, it may be because some emotions are too difficult to be with or because we haven’t been taught how to- I do however believe it is a beautiful skill that can be learned and felt. My specialization lies in trauma therapy, where I provide a safe haven for individuals to heal and flourish.
